Led by Julie Fisher, Chief Financial Officer, the Total Metals Finance Team is responsible for all financial record keeping and reporting for the company. Total Metals maintains a computerized accounting system that provides not only monthly balance sheet and income statements but accurate project cost information so as to provide our senior management and our estimating department continuous feedback on financial performance per project versus the projections established from our bids. In this manner, we are able to continuously improve both our internal cost controls as well as estimates providing our customers the best prices on their projects and guaranteeing we will be competitive in the future. The Team is responsible for providing our monthly billings to our customers which must accurately reflect our progress to date on each project. Ms Fisher also is responsible for providing and presenting all our financial reports that are provided to our banks, bonding companies, and customers. The accuracy and reliability of these reports and presentations are extremely important in establishing our credibility with those who providing our operating lines of credit, bonding capacity, and work authorization levels.

The Finance Team is also responsible for our internal computer network installation and Information Technology. Total Metals employs a state of the art internal network guaranteeing information is transferred and available to all departments including to our remote field operations real time eliminating project delays due to internal communications. Total Metals has the internal tools necessary to respond quickly to your ever changing project requirements.

Human Resources, government and tax reporting, and insurance responsibilities also are handled by our Finance team.
