Equipped with the latest Computer Aided Design systems and Software, our engineers can generate the necessary detailed fabrication drawing packages from your design and specification documents insuring a proper installation and resulting in a quality, attractive finished project that can stand up to the test of time in the harshest environment. Nothing can be more frustrating to your end user than a facility with a water leak. Our Engineering team has built up a remarkable reputation for avoiding this annoyance over the project’s life by proper selection, implementation, and application of the product.

Often, our Engineering team is called in by our customers to assist in providing consultation and alternative design concepts in support of their Value Engineering analysis for a proposed project. Working together Total Metals is often able to suggest design alternatives to significantly reduce the cost of the project without losing the architectural “look” desired for the project. Our customers realize we are the “experts” when it comes to the application of architectural metals and call on this expertise to insure the integrity of their project is maintained in the most cost effective manner.

Once the project is underway, our Engineering team continues its support of the customer’s project by providing Project Management as required. From attending project meetings, to helping our customers solve their problems, to coordinating the projects needs with our fabricators and field installation teams, and to providing field installation engineering supervision as required, our Engineering team is an integral part of your project team.
